Refund Policy

At PR Novo LLC (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing quality services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for our services. By engaging our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Service Satisfaction

We strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services provided. However, due to the nature of public relations and communications services, results may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Refunds are generally not provided based on dissatisfaction with the results of our services.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued at the Agency’s discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation Before Services Begin: If you cancel the services before we have commenced work, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the timing of the cancellation and any preliminary work that may have been done.
  • Failure to Deliver Services: If the Agency fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the Service Agreement, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of services provided.
  • Errors in Billing: If there has been an error in billing, such as an incorrect charge or double billing, you are eligible for a full refund of the incorrect charge.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind after services have begun or if you decide to terminate the Service Agreement for reasons other than a breach by the Agency.
  • Completed Services: Once the services outlined in the Service Agreement have been completed, no refunds will be issued.
  • Client Delays: If the client fails to provide necessary information, materials, or approvals in a timely manner, causing delays or impacting the quality of the services, refunds will not be issued.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing at billing@prnovo.com. Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your name and contact information
  • A description of the services provided
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence

5. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Refund Policy.
